7 Rounds for Time:
- 7 Chest to Bar Pullups (chin over)(banded)(Ring Row)
- 7 Push Jerks (RX-155,105)(T1-135,95)(T2-95,65)(T3-55,35)
- 100 Meter Run
I am adding a tier level to our scaling system. Many times there is a huge jump from T3 to T2. The T3 scale level is mainly for our newest athletes and this has caused a few to get lost in the land between. In the past, T1 was considered the RX division. Now, To even things out a little, we will have the following divisions: RX, T1, T2, T3. This should help a lot and we will continue to evaluate and change the system to better serve you guys.
