Front Squat:
- Build up to a new 1 rep max
Then,
- Work on skills
In our next strength cycle we will be focusing significantly on the front squat and back squat. We haven’t front squatted for any kind of weight in a while so don’t get frustrated if your numbers are off. I want everyone to get a solid max today so that we can use percentages of it in the upcoming weeks. Once we finish with that, get out and play. Conquer some new or old skills!
