20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Sit-ups
- 15 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
- 20 Double Unders (20 singles)
This is a classic CrossFit style AMRAP. Work on keeping your rounds consistent. Ideally you should get around the same amount of rounds the second half as the first. Take a quick tally at 10 minutes and then see where you end up at 20. Have fun!
