Clean and Jerk

- Pick a skill or skills to work on
We have been doing a lot of positional and skill transfer work for both the snatch and the clean and jerk. Today you will get a chance to show off those skills. We will be working on getting new 1 rep maxes for the clean and jerk. Many of you are still new to Olympic lifting so your focus will still be on keeping it light and nailing the positions and technique for the clean and jerk. Once we finish with that you will have some time to work on skills. This will also be a good time to catch up on some kettlebell swinging. Only two days left!
