Snatch and Carry

Olympic work:
- 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch
- 65% for 2 sets, 70% for 3 sets
Skill work:
3 Rounds, not for time:
- 100 meter farmer’s carry, as heavy as possible
Today we will focus on the Olympic snatch. This is a very similar movement scheme as last weeks cleans. First you will power snatch, then hang squat snatch, finish with a full snatch. Use 65% of your 1 rep max for 2 sets and 70% for 3 sets. After that we will work on some grip strength with farmers carries. Carry weights as heavy as possible 100 meters for 3 rounds. Farmers carries are an awesome way to develop grip strength!
