The heat is here to stay for a few more months. I know we have been beating this to death, but make sure that you are staying hydrated. It is easy to forget during the day when you are busy at work. We want to shoot for 1/2 and ounce per pound of body weight per day. Plus an additional 12-16 oz per hour that you work out. I try to down a big glass of water as soon as I wake up and then continue sipping throughout the day. Keeping a water bottle or glass close by will help you to remember. It really does make a big difference in your workouts and recovery. Bottoms up!
