Everyone has been getting on the kettlebell swings this month.  Today you can show off your skills in the wod.  Work through 20 minutes of front squats, burpees(Yay!) and kb swings.  We will be cleaning the bars from the floor for the front squats.  The last pieces of the rig should arrive today or tomorrow.  I feel like some pull-ups might be in the future!
