Welcome to another Tuesday! Today we will work in a descending rep fashion. In between each set you will run 200 meters, out and back. Keep good form and positions during your snatches to help you stay in the hunt later in the wod. It may seem light at first and it is easy to just rip the bar up, but this will hurt you later in the wod. One of the things that is very obvious watching the competitors at Regionals is that they have perfected their form. The top athletes rarely ever break form because they know that efficiency is key. We too must do this. This will also help to eliminate injuries that will keep you from working out. Now, go after it!
