Back squat max day went well! We added more PR’s to the board and everyone got in some good skill/mobility work. Today we are getting into a chipper wod, split up with some jump rope work. The barbell weight will remain the same throughout. Remember to pick a weight that is challenging to you. Even if you have to go outside the written tier weights. Also, don’t forget about the Durham Bulls game on Friday. We have a few extra tickets if anyone wants some.
