Today’s workout was the posted workout for CrossFit.com on Tuesday. We are borrowing this one because sometimes you see a workout that is just too beautiful to pass up. This is going to be a great balance of skill, strength and determination. Notice the last movement. Triple-unders! This should be fun. Get in, give it your all and do what others won’t!
