Tabata! AMRAP! Tabata!
Thursday, February 27, 2014:
For total reps:
- Tabata Push-ups
Immediately following the Tabata begin:
12 Minute AMRAP:
- 25 Double unders (50 singles)
- 3 Shuttle runs
- 10 Wall balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
Immediately following the AMRAP perform:
- Tabata sit-ups
Tabata! 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 total cycles. Try to achieve max reps for all 8 cycles. Once you finish the Tabata, move on to a 12 minute amrap. Again, working to achieve max reps. Finish with Tabata sit-ups. This will be fun!
