Many of you have gotten so much stronger than your old maxes. Today we can reestablish the correct ones. If you are not feeling like going after a pr today, build up slowly, focusing on perfecting the movement for both lifts. You won’t always pr on 1 rep max days. We will be spending the whole class time on this so you will have plenty of time to work. Have a great weekeend!
