Thursday, January 30th, 2014:
For time:
- 100 Box Jumps (24,20)(Step ups)
- 60 Toes to bar(T2-knee raises, T3-Abmat situps)
- 30 -50 ft. sprints
- 20- 15 ft. rope ascents(T2/3 mod. rope ascents or pullups)
*Break up the reps and movements however you like.
You have to love chipper wods! This one is a little different though. We are giving you the option to split up the reps however you like. Break it down into rounds that are manageable or tackle the whole thing from top to bottom. Either way, all reps must be complete in under 30 minutes. At the 30 minute mark we will score this like an AMRAP. I don’t know, I’m thinking 10 rounds looks mighty tempting. I can’t wait to see how you guys take this beast on!
