5 Rounds:

  • 5 Hang Power Cleans (135,95)(115,75)(65,35)
  • 30 Double Unders(T2-bar jumps, T3-single rope skips)
  • 10 Shoulder to Overhead
  • 10 Pull-ups

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

As we near the CrossFit Open it is important for us to master some bread and butter movements.  That is what you have today.  All of today’s movements have been used at some point in Open wods.  Go after each round hard and capitalize on your rest periods to prepare for the next round.  Once again, I challenge you to go unbroken on all movements through all 5 rounds.  Have fun!
