Drop-In Policy:

We absolutely love making new friends from all over the world and are all excited when we have drop-ins! We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible so please plan accordingly:

  1. email [email protected] or fill out our form to schedule a drop-in so we know you’re coming
  2. arrive 15 minutes early to meet the coach, fill out a waiver, find the bathroom, etc.
  3. enjoy your WOD!
