Heavy Cindy
We are putting a twist to an old school CrossFit benchmark, “Cindy”. This is a great mixture of bodyweight movements with a slightly heavy power clean. Work hard for twenty minutes adding rounds and power clean reps as you go.
Workout of the Day (WOD) 7/23/13:
20 Minute AMRAP:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
After each round of the 5,10,15 perform power cleans(155,105) per round you are on. 1 power clean the first round, 2 the second, then 3 and on up.
