Do Some Squats!
Congratulations to all of our athletes that competed this weekend! All of our teams had a strong showing. Today we will be dropping the front squat reps to 3 but increasing the percentage. Remember, if you can’t complete 3 reps at 90% drop down 5% until you can get them done. Fight to keep the same weight for all 5 sets. After the front squats go after another benchmark wod, “Diane”.
Workout of the Day 7/22/13:
Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @ 90% 1 rep max
20 reps @ 50% plus 5 lbs
Then,

- Deadlift (225,155)
- Handstand Push-ups
