2 Position Clean + 1 Jerk

  • Floor clean

Build up to a max for the day.

Then,

  • Spend the remainder of the time mobilizing with bands, roller or lacrosse ball.

Today we have  two position clean and jerk in store for you.  You will deadlift this from the floor and perform a hang clean.  Return to the hang and then back to the floor with out dropping.  Clean the bar from the floor and then do one jerk.  Afterwards we will spend some time mobilizing and trying to hit those areas that are especially tight or lack mobility.  We all have something that needs attention!
