Another day of “Murph” training is here!  We will not be running our normal CFBC track today. Variation of movements, course and stimulus is what CrossFit is all about.  Don’t be worried about the volume.  As always, we will be scaling to everyone’s level.  Come on in and enjoy another beautiful spring day with Team CFBC.
