Gymnastics skill work(Rings): dips, muscle up progressions

Today we will slow it down a bit and get in some active recovery.  For our skill work we will be working on the gymnastics rings with all kinds of progressions for whatever level you are currently at.  These days are great to help you recover and get some one on one time with the coaches on skills.  If you haven’t been to one give it a try.
