  • 20 Thrusters (95,65)(75,45)(55,25)
  • 20 Hang Power Cleans
  • 20 Push Press
  • 20 Overhead Squats
  • 20 Front Squats

*Every minute on the minute, starting at the beginning, perform 5 burpees (T3-3 burpees)

Today’s wod will be a tale of two wods.  If you can get ahead early, this is fast and furious, 5-7 minute wod.  If you don’t, you will be doing a lot of burpees and running close to the cap.  Oh what fun!  Stay efficient with all of the movements and try to keep your heart rate down while doing the burpees.  It may be necessary to take a minute off and just rest.  Anyway you look at this it is going to be a fitness improving good time.  See you there.
