  • Mobilize, Recover and Skillsbruce 2

It is time to fix ourselves again.  This is an important part of training.  Helping your body to recover from all of the hard work that you have put it through.  Ideally mobility should be a part of your everyday routine.  This will help to increase your range of motion which will make you more efficient and thereby make you stronger and faster.  Take some time today to make it in to the mobility session.  Afterwards we can work on skills.
