This is an awesome benchmark wod!  Anything with “fight” and “bad” in the name has to be good.  We last did this May 31st of last year.  The format is 1 minute at each station with a minute of rest after 5 minutes.  Your score is the total reps for all three rounds.  Pick numbers that you can consistently hit and try to stay consistent with that through all three rounds.  If you PR I want to hear that bell sing!
