20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Weighted Situps (35,25)
  • 10 Overhead Squats (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)

You should be able to go through this one without having to break up the movements. The weights are light and the run is short. Try to keep your rounds in the same amount of time throughout the whole 20 minutes. And…don’t forget to have fun.
