5 Rounds for Time:
- 15 Thrusters (115,85)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
- 50 Double Unders
- 15 Pull-Ups
This one is going to leave some bite marks! On the thrusters, pick a weight that you only need to break up once on the first 3 rounds or done unbroken. It should definitely be challenging, but not so much that you have to drop each rep. Take a few breaths before starting the double unders to make sure that you don’t miss and have to do a lot of sets. When you get to the pull-ups, break those up early. There is no need to wreck yourself even more before going into the next round. Enjoy!
