Warming up for 18.1!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 15 Push-Ups
  • 20 Squats

*Every 3 rounds run 400 meters

This one is a super charged version of the benchmark “Cindy”. It will be a great training day for the upcoming Murph event in a couple months. Have a good weekend!
