As we end this awesome week of CrossFit, keep in mind the choices that you make away from the gym will affect how you perform during each wod.  We have you for one hour.  What are you doing during the rest of the day/night?  Make the right nutrition choices.  Many of you got a good start last weekend by attending the nutrition seminar.   We will continue to get you guys as much information and perspectives as we can on ways to improve.  If you need help getting started or have questions please let us know.  Just like CrossFit, we love to talk about different ways to eat for health and performance!

Every Saturday we introduce new people to CrossFit.  We welcome anyone to attend our 10:00 am FREE community workout!
