Throwdown in the Triangle

Athletes, We are looking for dedicated staff to assist us during the Throwdown in the Triangle. We would love to see CFBC come together as a box and make this competition the best in Raleigh. We can’t do that without the help of our own family here at the box. We have a sign up sheet posted in the box, you can also sign up on the event page. Check the link below. We need folks on Saturday and Sunday. If you can only do one day that would be great. See a coach for more details.

10 Burpee Deadlift (275, 185)

Max Burpee Deadlifts with time remaining (325, 235)

*One bar, athlete must switch weights. Burpee, jump over the bar, deadlift= one rep
