Saturday Team Work

We have been doing our skill Wednesday for awhile now, today we will see if practice has paid off. We have two technical movements in today’s teamwork, the handstand push up and the pistol(one legged squat). Don’t worry if you have not perfected these movements we will have plenty of scaling options to get you started. There is never a bad time to learn a new skill. No matter if you just got out of foundations or having been doing this awesomeness for years, always strive to learn new things and excel at them.

For Time:

4 Person Team

30 Over Head Squats (115,85)

30 Hand Stand Push Ups

30 Pistols (Alternating)

30 Kettlebell Snatch (Alternating)

Each teammate must complete all movements and repetitions. You cannot start a movement until the teammate in front of you is done.
