Nice work on all of the jerk pr’s!  We are introducing a movement in today’s metcon that we haven’t done before.  The rack thruster initiates on the back.  You will squat it like a back squat and then drive up out of the bottom and push press it overhead.  Yes.  It will come from the floor.  Have fun!

Workout of the Day 8/1/13:

5 Rounds for time:

  • 6 Rack Thrusters (135,95)
  • 200 Meter run
  • 12 Pull-ups
