Welcome back to a new week!  We have a great week of wods planned.  Make sure to stay consistent and make your workout time an unquestionable part of your day.  Our most successful athletes do this and their results speak for themselves.  If you haven’t been consistent you have a perfect opportunity to start this week!  Today we will be dropping our back squat reps to 3 and raising the percentage to 90%.  This will be heavy.  If you aren’t making your reps drop weight.  After our strength portion we will do a short, fun metcon.  Perform 1 shuttle run and then rep out some power snatches with your remaining time.  Your score is the amount of power snatch reps you complete.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 9/16/13:

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @90% 1 Rep Max

Then,

In 5 Minutes complete:

  • 1 Shuttle Run (50 meters and back, 100 meters and back)
  • Max rep power snatch (95,65)
