Nice work on all the overhead squat PR’s!!!  We are changing things up a bit today.  You guys get to pick your poison(fun).  You will have the choice of two benchmark wods to pick from.  They are both 20 minute AMRAPS that involve body weight movements.  In the old days of CrossFit, this was how crossfit.com would post these two.  We have done “Cindy” a few times but never “Mary”.  “Mary” has some more advanced movements, so make sure that you can consistently perform them or you will be doing a lot of standing around.  We want you to be going at it for the full 20 minutes!

Workout of the Day (WOD) 11/18/13:

Pick One:

“Cindy”

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats

“Mary”

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Hand Stand Push-ups
  • 10 Pistols
  • 15 Pull-Ups
