Gandalf strikes again!

This is our final week of push press.  The opportunity awaits you to crush your last 1 rep max!  Remember the sequence: dip, drive and press.   After the push press spend some time getting comfortable climbing the ropes and perfecting your handstand push-ups.

Workout of the Day 6/19/13:

Push Press 1-1-1-1-1

Then,

5 rounds (not for time):

  • 3 Rope Ascents (15′)
  • Max rep handstand push-ups
