Olympic Clean

Today we will be spending some time working on our Olympic clean.  Experienced members will build up to a 1 rep max.  Those of you that are new to these lifts we will be focusing on the positions with light weight.  It is important to learn these lifts correctly from the start and then always strive for perfection as you progress.  Don’t forget the three most important things for Olympic lifting…”Stance, Grip and Position!”  After our Olympic session we will be going after another benchmark wod.

Workout of the Day 6/20/13:

Work up to a 1 rep max clean

Then,

50,40,30,20,10

  • Double Unders
  • Sit-Ups

*Post clean weights and “Annie”  times to comments.
