Welcome to December at CFBC!  This month our strength work will have an Olympic lifting bias.  Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be doing various movements designed to help us to improve all of our Oly lifts while still improving overall strength.  We are really excited about this and are looking forward to seeing all the improvements in your Olympic lifts.  We are also going to be trying out an online workout tracking system called Social Wod.  This will be a great way for you and us to track and score all wods as well as track progress.  Each athlete will have their own personal profile that they can access.  We will get more information out about Social Wod this week.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 12/2/13:

5 sets:

  • 3 Position snatch +1 overhead squat (Power snatch from the high hang, mid thigh and then from the floor plus 1 overhead squat)

Then,

21-15-9

  • Front Squat(135,95)(115,75)(95,55)
  • Hand stand push-up
