Nutrition Challenge

We have done a lot of things here at CFBC to enhance the skills and lives of our athletes, and now it is time to take the next step. In February we will officially have our first nutrition challenge. We are still getting the details worked out on what we will measure and how to best get EVERYONE involved. Nutrition is something that we as a staff have talked with many of you about individually, we now need to take it to an entire gym level. Nutrition is 80% of the battle in the journey to fitness. We get you here for one hour a day, we want to make sure you know how to fuel and feed for the next 23 hours. You guys are the best at keeping each other accountable on the workout side, we want to see that same effort applied on the nutrition side as well.

We are kicking off the nutrition challenge with a Nutrition Seminar from Whole9. This is by no means mandatory to participate in the challenge but we will be following the Whole30 Program style for our challenge and this will get your mind ready for the task at hand. These guys and gals are certified nutrition professionals, and this will be a great opportunity to pick their brains with any questions. This open to the entire community, CrossFit or not. 12 Pull Ups
