The metcons have been somewhat short this week.  Here is one that will take you a little longer to work through.  It is good to hit lots of different time domains in the course of your training.  This one is longer for us, in the short amount of time that we have while you are here, but you should also test yourself outside of the time frames that we fit into the hour.  Go out and run, cycle or anything else physical for 30 minutes, 1 hour or even longer.  Yes, that is part of CrossFit.  We strive for a broad and inclusive fitness and to be prepared for the “unkown and unknowable”!

Workout of the Day(WOD) 8/15/13:

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Wall Balls (20,14)
  • 15 Toes to Bar
