The 7pm class getting some stretching done!

Week 3 is here!  Stay tuned to the CrossFit Games site for the wod, wod demos and explanation of movement standards.  We will be going over them before each wod.  Remember, on the days that we do the Open wods everyone is welcome.  These are no different than any other workout we do, other than a few extra coaches there to judge Open athletes.  A coach will always run the class and be there to help you out and make sure you are moving correctly.

Don’t forget about our Sunday morning rematches!  The energy is great and most everyone that repeats gets more reps.  If you aren’t registered feel free to come out and watch and cheer on our team.  Invite friends from other gyms to join in also.  Sunday from 10-12 is still open gym time as well.

12 Minute AMRAP

  • 150 Wall Balls (20,14), 10’/9′ targets
  • 90 Double Unders
  • 30 Muscle-ups
