Today’s wod is hugely skill based.  All of the movements require practiced skill work to be efficient.  If you don’t feel efficient in these movements you can still survive but once again, another fine example of why we should all be spending extra time on skill days to fine tune them.

Workout of the Day(WOD) 7/16/13:

For Time:

  • Run 800 Meters
  • 75 Double Unders
  • 15 Snatches (95,65)
  • 5 Muscle Ups
  • Run 400 Meters
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 15 Snatches (95,65)
  • 5 Muscle Ups
  • Run 200 Meters
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 15 Snatches (95,65)
  • 5 Muscle Ups
