Today’s wod comes from the 2010 CrossFit Games.  It is the classic CrossFit benchmark wod “Helen” with a twist.  Saturday’s are perfect for running, swinging kettlebells and pull-ups!

Workout of the Day 4/13/13:

“Pyramid Double Helen”

  • 1200 Meter Run
  • 63 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
  • 36 Pull-ups
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 42 Kettlebell Swings
  • 24 Pull-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Pull-ups

Graham Holmberg completed this at the Games in 16:59.  Beat him!
