Great job on all of the Pr’s this week!  Staying consistent is paying off.  Its time to get down to business with a bear crawl (buy in/cash out), squat cleans and chest to bar pull-ups.  Today you can choose how you want to attack the squat cleans and pull-ups.  Break it up into manageable pieces but limit your transition time.  Use all of the skill work that we have been doing for the clean to your advantage.  Staying focused on proper positioning and technique will tremendously help you as you work through the cleans.

Workout of the Day (WOD) 12/19/13:

For time:

  • 100′ Bear Crawl
  • 50 Squat Cleans (155,105)(135,85)(75,55)
  • 75 Chest to bar pull-ups(T2-regular pull-ups or banded chest to bar, T3-banded)
  • 100′ Bear Crawl

*Break up the squat cleans and pull ups however you like.
