Today kicks off 3 days of “Bring your Friend”.  Feel free to bring as many as you want.  As always, we will be scaling the wods to give everyone a taste of CrossFit.   We are really excited about showing off CFBC!

The workout of the day is a variation of the 3rd team wod from this weekend’s Battle of the Boro competition.  We will be completing this as individuals today, but you can still consider everyone around you your teammate.
