It is time to test ourselves against another benchmark girl!  Nancy has been around the CrossFit world for a while and is a fun one.  Keep your runs fast and work to stay unbroken on your overhead squats as you set a new benchmark.

Workout of the Day 6/13/13:

“Nancy”

5 Rounds for time:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 15 Overhead Squats (95,65)
