Welcome to the new week!  The front squats are getting heavier.  Today we move up to 90% of our 1 rep max for 5 sets of 3.  Work on quickly coming out of the hole and really pushing your elbows high to stay upright and balanced.  Next week we will all have an opportunity to see what our new 1 rep max is.  Make it a point this new week to get in the gym and give 100%!  Don’t forget to check out the Reebok CrossFit gear that you can purchase through us at 20% off.  We will have to place the order this week to keep the discount.

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @90% 1 rep max

  • 250 Meter row
  • 30 Hand stand push ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(35,18)
