Pyramid Double Helen
Today’s wod comes from the 2010 CrossFit Games. It is the classic CrossFit benchmark wod “Helen” with a twist. Saturday’s are perfect for running, swinging kettlebells and pull-ups!
Workout of the Day 4/13/13:
“Pyramid Double Helen”
- 1200 Meter Run
- 63 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)
- 36 Pull-ups
- 800 Meter Run
- 42 Kettlebell Swings
- 24 Pull-ups
- 400 Meter Run
- 21 Kettlebell Swings
- 12 Pull-ups
