For Time:

  • 30 Alternating Dumbell Snatches (55,35)(35,25)(25,15)
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20 Dumbell Snatches
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Dumbell Snatches
  • 200 Meter Run

We finish out the week with some more practice on our Olympic lifting.  Today we will focus on squat cleaning the bar.  If you are new to this we will be working on positions and getting you comfortable receiving the clean in a squat.  If you have experience and things are looking and feeling good, build your way up to a heavy 1 rep.  For the metcon, break out the dumbells and alternate snatches with a short sprint after each set.
