Deadlift:

  • 3-3-3-3-3 (build up as heavy as possible, with good form)

2 Rounds:

  • 100 Double Unders(2 minutes attempts)(150 singles)
  • 25 Wall Balls(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 15 Toes to Bar(knee raises)(abmat)

Today we will work the deadlift during our strength portion.  We haven’t deadlifted outside of a metcon in a while.  Stay focused on perfect form as you build to a heavy set of 3.  I don’t want this to be a 3 rep max.  “Heavy” means the most weight you can move while still maintaining that close to perfect form.  Have a great weekend and may the Force be with you!
