For Time: (split up the reps however you like)

  • 75 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 60 Pullups (banded)(ring row)
  • 1200 Meter Run

We are coming into our final weeks of the strength program.  I can see everyone getting stronger but we need to make sure to keep consistency.  If you have to miss a day you are always welcome to take a corner and make it up.  In our metcon today you get the option to choose how you will attack it.  Split up the reps or chip away.
