For Time:

  • 800 Meter Run

We have been working on a few skill transfer movements for the snatch over the last couple of weeks.  Today we will put it to the test.  Build up to a new 1 rep snatch or spend your time with light weight mastering the technique.   Afterwards we will take on an 800 meter run time trial.  Hit it hard!
