“Nutrition Challenge Baseline Wod”

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Pullups
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Squats
  • Ground to overhead per the round you are on. (155,105)(135,95)(95,65)(55,35)

*Rest 5 Minutes

  • Max effort 1000 meter row

It is time once again to test ourselves against our 6 weeks ago selves.  Even if you haven’t been following the nutrition challenge this is still a great benchmark workout.  The reason we record and repeat workouts is to gauge our fitness.  The goal is to see improvements each time.  If there is a significant decrease in performance we need to start digging into the cause.  Keep in mind that if you go heavier or drop off the bands you might not see an improvement in time but an improvement has been made by stepping up to the next level.
